Rob and Katie set up Lead North with a vision of combining their experience, interests and strengths to offer bespoke solutions to people and businesses wanting to achieve their aspirations. In their previous careers they discovered that they were at their best when they were developing people and ideas, so they established Lead North to focus on harnessing talent and helping businesses and individuals to reach their full potential.

- Highly qualified business improvement consultant & mentor, with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and Cardiff University Lean Consultant accreditation
- Certified Advanced NPS (Net-Promoter Score) Practitioner with a specialism in developing Customer Experience Improvement strategies
- Facilitation of a range of capability development solutions, including guest lecturing for University of Central Lancashire
